Yaz will be 8 years old in June. We think he’s a Chocolate Lab and Rottweiler mix, so we call him a Chocweiler. He was a stray someone found when he was about 1 year old. Our 11 year-old Newfy mix, Ursula, had disappeared from our yard and we were quite distressed at not being able to find her. Yaz was a physical and emotional mess - had fleas and separation anxiety. We needed him and he needed us. He was found on Yasek Loop in Toledo, Oregon so that’s how he got his name. He LOVES tennis balls!!!! Though he looks intimidating and barks loud and deep, his favorite thing to do is snuggle in your lap or spoon on the sleeping bag.
